What to Expect from a Home Inspection

 

What can you expect when you hire Key Home Inspections to inspect your property?

First and foremost, we respect you, your home, and your privacy. We will leave your home exactly as we find it, and yes, we take off our shoes at the front door.

The inspection will last approximately three hours. During that time we will be physically inspecting and reporting on the conditions of the systems and components of your home, including:

 

• Roof

• Foundation

• Exterior cladding

• Electrical systems

• Heating and cooling

• Plumbing

• Insulations

• Ventilation

• Interior

We will be taking pictures of the exterior, interior, and any deficiencies we may find.

Our review of your home is entirely impartial. We will not seek to influence your decisions, to nitpick, or to find problems to justify our presence. We are here, however, to help you. We will take the time to answer your questions and discuss your concerns.

Lastly, we will keep the information about your home confidential. We do not discuss or release our report to anyone without your written permission.
